I graduated from Adams State University with a Master's degree in Counselor Education in 2018.  I have worked with District 49 for the last five years, having worked at Woodmen Hills Elementary and Vista Ridge High Schools during my counseling internships. This is my fourth year at SSAE.  I love the school district, love working with the students, and love working at Springs Studio. Prior to making a career shift to school counseling, I worked at Pikes Peak Community College for many years, so I bring with me some valuable experience on the college side of things.  My passion is helping students with college and career readiness as I want them to succeed with life after high school! I am the mom of five children, two of which are currently college students.  I am also a new "Nana" to my precious grandson, Matthew, who is the light of my life.  I love boating, camping, snow skiing, traveling, crafts, and spending time with family!
