Mrs. Jenn Aubain

Jennifer Aubain started as the Dean of Students for Springs Studio for Academic Excellence in February 2023. Her experience as an educator for the last 26 years ranges in the brick and mortar, online, and online/blended settings, as an educator in special education K-12, regular education in the middle school arena, and most recently, a high school social studies teacher. This is Jennifer’s 12th year at Springs Studio for Academic Excellence.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Education at Chadron State College and played basketball on a scholarship. She then skipped across the US to experience Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia area as a coach and educator. After meeting her husband there, they decided to move back to her native Colorado to raise their family, consisting of three boys and two girls. Due to Jennifer’s love of education and technology, she pursued and graduated with a Master of Science in Integrating Technology into the Classroom from Walden University and then eventually earned her Principal Licensure through the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys trail running, mountain biking, Spartan obstacle racing, hiking, spending time with family, coaching, watching her children in sports, and coaching girls’ basketball at a local high school.
