Forensics

The Pike’s Peak Middle School Forensics League is a CHSAA organization for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students interested in competitive drama and public speaking.  Forensics Team is designed to give students the practice and outlet for verbal expression. By joining this team, students will learn public speaking skills, critical thinking skills, how to analyze a piece of writing (poetry, literary texts, news periodicals, etc.), how to think quickly and organize an argument within a finite amount of time, and appropriate manners and etiquette for both performing and listening to speeches and dramatic performances.

Practices: Students will choose between Thursdays before school, 7:15-8, or Thursdays after school, 3:00-4:00
